Xiao Long Bao — the legendary Shanghai soup dumpling — requires exceptional skill to make well. Our London production team has perfected the thin, pleated skin that holds the savoury pork soup broth inside. We also produce pan-fried variants (sheng jian bao) for operators who want the crispy-bottom experience. All XLB packs come in 750g restaurant-grade portions.
